SABS and AIC

The International Association of Geosynthetic Installers (IAGI) awarded Aquatan its prestigious Approved Installation Contractor (AIC) status after Aquatan participated in and passed the requirements of their AIC programme. This endorsement from IAGIconfirms Aquatan’s standing as a company that is dedicated to achieving excellence within the geomembrane installation industry.“With this status, Aquatan has proved that it meets the minimum level of professionalism, experience and business practices in the areas of corporate history and business practices, insurance verification, safety training, professional competence and experience,” says Meyer. “We are truly proud that Aquatan has differentiated itself from other companies who do not employ the business practices required by IAGI’s programme and that it is the only IAGI Approved Installation Contractor in Africa.”

The highly prized SABS Certificate of Recognition is awarded only to organisations that share a common vision of excellence in everything they do. Thisis further confirmation of Aquatan’s functional and organisational capabilities and verifies that any work undertaken is completed in accordance with SABS specifications.
